Return policy & Exchange conditions

At AVIP Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We maintain a clear and fair policy for exchanging items.

❌ Returns not possible

We do not accept returns. Purchases cannot be canceled or refunded, unless there is a wrong or defective item upon receipt.

🔁 Exchange possible within 3 days

Do you want to exchange an item for a different size or model? That is possible, under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receipt via email or WhatsApp to register your exchange request.

  • Only unused and undamaged products are eligible.

  • The packaging may be opened, as long as the item itself is in its original, saleable condition.

  • The costs for returning and reshipping are the responsibility of the customer.

❗ Please note

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be exchanged.

  • Exchange requests outside the 3-day period will not be processed.

🚫 No exchanges on discounted items

Products purchased with a discount cannot be exchanged. So be careful before ordering a discounted item.
