At AVIP Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We maintain a clear and fair policy for exchanging items.
❌ Returns not possible
We do not accept returns. Purchases cannot be canceled or refunded, unless there is a wrong or defective item upon receipt.
🔁 Exchange possible within 3 days
Do you want to exchange an item for a different size or model? That is possible, under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 3 days of receipt via email or WhatsApp to register your exchange request.

Only unused and undamaged products are eligible.

The packaging may be opened, as long as the item itself is in its original, saleable condition.

The costs for returning and reshipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be exchanged.

Exchange requests outside the 3-day period will not be processed.
🚫 No exchanges on discounted items
Products purchased with a discount cannot be exchanged. So be careful before ordering a discounted item.
